Membership Services News for June ‘10

This month I would like to report on a typical day in Member Services and what you can expect if you volunteer. Members call from all over the country. I have even had calls from, Guam, Hawaii, Canada and the Virginia Islands

Here are some sample questions I have received in the last few weeks.

  1. Caller received the letter in the red and blue stripped envelope, had ordered the 56 page introductory pamphlet, the testimonials of 5 very successful people who attribute their success to the literature.  Callers want to know if this is a scam. It is pretty much fun to answer this one because I can give my own testimonial and speak about how the book has impacted the lives of members of my clubhouse that I know.  This is usually all it takes to turn a skeptic into a buyer.  A buyer means one more member for the society to help us get to the Twelve Visions World.
  2. Caller wants to know how we got his/her name. I find it is best to keep my answer general.  So….  My answer is always that I don’t even know how they got my name but I am surely glad they did, and can tell them why and I am honored that I was invited to buy the book.
  3. Today my first caller told me the book was hard to read and could I please just tell her where the important parts were so she would not have to read it all.  I explained to her that she had to start at page one and read it all; and not only read it but she had to do what the book said to do, start putting the information in the book into her life. I explained that to fully understand the concepts and what was necessary to change her life, she might need to read it several times as I had. I also explained that she needed to read it thinking very hard and use her brain to do the hard thinking that was necessary.  She was a hard one to convince as she did not like my answer.  I finally said that she needed to make a decision that she was going to read every word in the book, thinking hard about each idea until she understood it or she needed to give it up and return the book.  It was an ultimatum I gave her, no easy way out. She decided to read the book, which actually surprised me as she was so negative I thought I had lost her.  I asked her to call me back if she wanted to talk about any part of it that she was struggling to read.
  4. Common questions are about the Ten Second Miracle, Cycle Two, or how to win the lottery.
  5. Sometimes I get technical questions that I must refer to someone else, such as issues logging into secret meetings.

All this is a lot of fun.  I am helping grow the society by helping members buy their first Heirloom, connecting members to clubhouses, referring members to the NT website and just keeping members happy by helping the issues that frustrate them go away.

1- 800480-2336 and leave a message.  It is probably important that you finish reading the literature, at least finish the three large Heirlooms or the seven mini-Heirlooms.  Member Services is a team.  We work together well and support each other. We meet three times a week, for an hour, Monday, Wednesday and Friday Noon to 1 pm.  This allows us to share the latest question or find out what is new that we all need to know.  There is mentoring and practice with one of us when you first start before you are turned loose to receive calls.  The personal advantage for me was that I learned so much more myself by having to answer questions. The value has been a terrific benefit in my own life.

The School of Geniuses

Extra-curricular activities are happening with the School of Geniuses.  The Vision 10 Program, hosted by four smart beautiful Neothink® Ladies continues for previous students of Series 1 – 4.

Several classmates prepared the Self-Leader System audio recording recently.  Those of you who have participated in Series 1 – 4 will automatically receive this bonus near the Memorial Day Holiday.

First Anniversary Month

April 3rd 2009 – Present

That is right!!!! April 3rd Member Services achieved it’s first year date of receiving inbound calls from potential members and existing members.

It has been a dynamic years of firsts and ongoing integrations.

The first prospect call: wanting to know if we were real? Was I real?  What is the catch?

When will the shoe fall?

These questions made me have to step up and believe in me, believe in Mark Hamilton.

I had to challenge my understanding of the Prime Literature and be able to effectively communicate the message contained in the literature, to those questioning and doubting individuals, who are desperately questioning, and looking, for the tools they can use to move forward with their lives.

Via the telephone, I became the first impression of the Neothink Society and I needed to take the responsibility to effectively communicate The Neothink Society message.

W0W!!!  Talk about a first, First Impressions, First Questions, First real look at myself as a Neothink man and my communication of the literature to those outside of the Neothink Society.

Also, A First for using the tools for Replication.

The current Neothink Team, who has taken a Vision, continued with their integrations, and moved the Vision forward in order to help those individuals looking for answers to their doubtful questions. They wanted understanding of the material in the Prime Literature and the reasons to continue on their Neothink journey of exploration, stimulation and enlightenment. This team is to be commended for taking the first steps to help other.

Kudos Neothink Member Services Team…..  You have taken The Neothink Society to a New Frontier of communication and interaction….. Yes, another First……

To move forward you have to take action and taken that first step of Action.

Member Services has done just that, by taking the first step forward.

Lots of firsts and a lot of Growth.

Happy 1st Anniversay Neothink Member Services….

I Just want to bring you a story of a person I have had the pleasure of meeting that I would of never meet with out being part of Member Services. When I first meet Dallas, he was doubting the society and the Value of the literature that he had read thus far. He was confused about some of the material he had read.  Dallas was wondering if he really fit into the society.

As we spoke over the next few weeks I was able to help him through a difficult spot in his reading with the society. I ask him to wait and see, not to jump too quickly and to bring in all the available reading the society had to offer, and make his decision based upon all the data he had accumulated.

During our many conversations, we also discussed GIN, and Your Wish CD pkg. I still remember the message on my machine like it was yesterday, “Hi Martin this is Dallas, you’re not going to believe this but I got to disc 4, and the depression is gone, 30 years of depression gone I can’t believe it”

Later when I talked with Dallas he told me that when he got to the part of Kevin Trudeau CD disc 4, were it gives the command, “I will feel good now” “at that moment” he said it lifted and has not returned.

He told me his friends are really seeing a difference in him in a short time. His friend Amanda said “that she really noticed a frequency change in his voice and how it was so much higher”. He further remarked, “That she was very happy for him and the changes in his life in such a short amount of time”.

Dallas, has expressed to me his gratitude toward The Neothink Society® and GIN “for the many opportunities”, He is now even considering opening a Neothink Clubhouse in the near future.

The difference in Dallas is incredible, he has grown in a very short time, and it continually astounds me the affect that the prime literature and Your Wish is Your Command CD’s have on people lives. It is truly an honor to be part of this great evolution of mankind towards consciousness, and the Civilization of the Universe.

It is a great honor to be part of Member Services, and to have the opportunity and pleasure of talking with people all over this great country, we all love. It is truly the most worthy task I have ever undertaken and to have this honor to tell all of you out there, this wonderful story of a person, who is forever changed because of the Member Services Communication Channel, is a great honor as well.

Members Services2x1.5Hello to my fellow Neothink® Society Members.

We at Member services have placed a spotlight on our newest addition to the Member Services team, Charlie Moore. I have personally enjoyed getting to know and work with Charlie over the past couple of months.

You may say wait, if you have worked with this man already for a few months, is he really a new addition to the team?

The realistic answer is yes.

You see we are not just a branch of customer service within the Neothink® Society, we are an area of purpose.

Within this area of purpose, Steve Fagan was the original entrepreneur. Steve Fagan and I began to work together within this area of purpose early on and as a result I am now in the process of replicating Steve as the day to day Manager of this same area of purpose.

My name is Jeff Hughes, and I want to thank not only Mark Hamilton and the Neothink® Society, but Steve Fagan and the entire Member Services team.

It is so great to have the opportunity to be surrounded by fellow Neothink® minds and to know that the people that I have the honor to be associated with are essence driven value creators who are constantly growing and improving not only their lives but the lives of those around them.

Now, I’d like to present Mr. Charlie Moore and his thoughts on being a creative addition to the Member Services Team.

“After being a Member of Neothink® for about a year, I decided to get involved with Members Services. There are a number of reasons that I made this decision and I will share just a few of them. As I first got involved with The Neothink® Society and had been reading the literature, I became so excited about what I was reading, Soon after this realized that their was no one that I could talk with or ask questions about the literature or other benefits of my Membership. At this time Members Services did not exists and I did not know about the Clubhouses or the Members only website.

So for the first 9 months I was out there alone, not really sure how I felt about Neothink®. To keep this short I did find out about all of the wonderful Members and values within The Neothink® Society. Thanks to Steve Fagan I found that there is an active and growing opportunity to meet other Neothink® Members and to learn how their lives have been impacted and energized through Neothink®. I have really found this move into creating even more values for myself and others to be so exciting and personally rewarding that I am very glad that I did not allow myself to sink into stagnation or just plain give up.

Another part of what drew me to want to help out fellow members is that I wanted them to know that they are not alone out there (like I felt). It feels exhilarating when I can either answer a question for a member or help sign up a new member, knowing that their life will never be the same. Just knowing that we all have a chance to take part in changing the world is an great way to move through the day. I have been with Member Services for over a month now and I still feel so good about. It is helping me find my Friday Night Essence.

…Happy New Year to All Our Fellow Neothink® Members

Member Services is continuing to grow and support upcoming members, new members and existing members by answering questions, listening to comments, and directing members to Clubhouses.

In the month of December ’09 Member Services answered over 1600 calls.

There are many conversations throughout the day: Let’s peek in on one such conversation from Member Services caller, Larry Palmer.

Here is Larry’s story:

As an active member of the Member Services information help desk (800-480-2336), it has been of great benefit to me.  I am able to speak to many members from all across the country.  Los Angeles to New York City, Boca Raton to Seattle, WA… and even in Hawaii.

Members who, while looking for information or a little help, often times end up helping me!  Having the knowledge of what Mark Hamilton has been able to share and then being able to share that with members, and assisting members through the process knowing that they will become of conscious mind and able to see through the illusions to what is.

I would like to take a moment and share a short story.

I was speaking with a member from the state of Washington.  She told me she was a retired teacher and that she attended both church and helped with Sunday school classes.  She explained that she had a very serious problem with the society, in that it appeared to her as if the society believed in atheism.  I asked how far she had progressed through the literature.  She had all the books and though they were very informative, she thought that she really could not stay in the society.  My response to her was, try going back to the second volume in the first manuscript “Break through to Enlightenment”.   I explained that it explains how Jesus Christ was of conscious mind that he tried to speak to the crowds, trying to teach them that they are their own authority.  Christ was the start of bringing mankind out from the bicameral mind to consciousness.  And, that was also the start of Christianity.  As a part of the member services information help desk, I am reminded with every member that I speak with, that the society is trying to teach people to think for themselves, be their own authority, be of conscious mind, see through the illusions that have been created.  She agreed and said she would continue to read the material.  Here was a member thinking about leaving the Neothink® Society and I was able to have her continue, to stay with the Society.  I obtain my greatest energy (excitement) every time I speak with a member.  In short, I find that instead of helping other members, they really are helping me.  I must thank The Neothink® Society for allowing me to be a part of the society.

I have been working with Neothink® Teleservices for about five months now.

Everyday is a different and equally exciting experience.

I especially enjoy retaining and enlisting new members for the Neothink® Society.

I spoke to a gentleman a few weeks ago and in first speaking to him he just wanted to return the books he had received. After sharing with him what a true value this has been in my life, he was very eager to attend a clubhouse meeting in his area and continue his membership in the Society.

Life changed…thank you!

I also recently spoke to a woman who had ordered the Global Information Network CD package but had no idea about The Neothink® Society. After explaining just a little about what we do and how it has changed me, she ordered the book right then and there!

Another life changed…you’re welcome!

Now, I don’t consider myself a salesperson, I just enjoy connecting people to the Neothink® Society and helping them understand what a true value the Prime Literature can be in there lives.

I wonder how many more lives will be changed!?

That is right, Member Services is moving forward on a daily basis. Seven days a week, Member Services representatives are speaking with new and existing members, answering their questions, guiding them along their Heirloom material journey, connecting them to clubhouses and other Neothink members,taking orders for Heirloom manuscripts etc etc.

The number of inbound calls are growing, the number of new members is constantly expanding, and the influx of new members to clubhouses is ongoing and escalating in an upward manner.

Growth is happening to Member Services which equals Huge Growth for the Neothink® Society.

And Speaking of Growth… Hot off the Presses!

The brand new Member Services “Outbound/Outreach” program started this past weekend. New members are now receiving welcome calls from the society, via Member Services, and are being introduced to their local Clubhouses and receiving assistance with connecting to the Neothink members official website.

Member Services will continue to support the website connections on an ongoing basis now and in the future.

Members ServicesMember Services is growing rapidly and becoming a very valuable support tool for The Neothink® Society

The initial inbound calls started to hit the 1-800 switch the first week of April and we are continuing to see an increase in the call volume.

Some days the inbound calls hit 100 or more!

And we Love it!

People want to talk with other members and many have questions about the material in the manuscripts and general questions about the society prior to becoming active in the NTSociety.

A Member Services Representative offers the caller the opportunity to voice concerns, ask questions and gain clarification regarding the values of membership in the society.

This one on one interaction has proven to be a dynamic and valuable program for both the caller, and the representative, allowing each to gain better insights into the materials and the value of the society.

Every Member Services Representative is gaining tremendous growth and increased integrations by speaking with callers, answering manuscript related questions, society questions and easing concerns.
