could the riverbeds be dug up, all the beach errosion, dig it up from under the rivers to make the rivers deeper to handle inland sea level rising to stop some costal land flooding as well as inland coastal flooding, then take that dug up errosion and put it on top of the desert little at a time to stop heat level rising due to the desert heats cause hurricanes yet if layered that heat could be prevented by solving another problem by digging rivers deeper to prevent sea level rising from affecting inland communities.

As it is my discipline…to be brief with my expressions. I want to say to you Steve Fagan, on your accomplishing your TVP intergrations, and also, I want to acknowledge the other citizens who have participated in building TVP. Steve Fagan, you demonstrated your freverent love for Neothink(R), when you welcomed me to the SOS website, when I first came on back in 2008. I, this time will not present my physical presence to the community-of-believers in Neothink this time, however, I shall be present in soul. I do plan to attend as many events possible. To all my soulmates of Neothinl(R) World have a splindid time at the convintion in New Jersey, USA.
